Thank you for choosing Nakshatra by Riya Mary. We are pleased to offer shipping services for both domestic and international orders. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

1. Payments

• Domestic Payments: Indian customers can conveniently pay using UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, or NetBanking at checkout.
• International Payments: For international orders, payments can be made via Stripe or Bank Transfer. Please note that currently, we only accept Bank Transfers in Indian Rupees to our Indian bank account.

2. Shipping Policy – Within India

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Charges:
  • Kerala: INR 50
  • Rest of India: INR 80
  • Lakshadweep & Andaman & Nicobar Islands: INR 150
• Order Channels: All domestic orders must be placed through our official website, Instagram, or WhatsApp.

3. Shipping Terms – Within India

• Estimated Delivery Time: (calculated from the next day after shipping):
  • Major Metros: 2 to 5 working days
  • Remote Locations: 5 to 7 working days
• Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving any issues.
• Address Verification: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. For non-residential addresses (offices, hotels, etc.), coordination with the courier service may be required.
• Delivery Attempts: Delivery executives will attempt to deliver your package 1-3 times. If the recipient is unavailable, the parcel will be held at the nearest hub. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the hub to arrange redelivery. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us, and re-shipping costs will apply.
• Address Details: Provide complete delivery information, including a valid pin code and accurate state selection. Incorrect addresses may incur additional charges for re-shipping.
• Delayed Delivery Requests: If you need your order delivered on a specific date, please mention it in the “Notes” section when placing your order.

4. Shipping Terms – International Customers

• Processing Time: All paid international orders are processed within 3-5 working days.
• Additional Costs: Any extra shipping costs will be communicated before shipping and must be covered by the customer.
• Delivery Dates: Estimated delivery dates are tentative and may vary due to external factors.
• Customs and Duties: We are responsible only for shipping charges. All customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility.
• Additional Charges: Any extra charges for deliveries to remote or interior locations will be borne by the customer.
• Parcel Tracking: Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels. We will provide guidance and support if needed.
• Damaged Goods: Although we ensure secure packaging, refunds for damaged items will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Packaging Requirements: For optimal safety, we use 150-180 grams of packing material for items up to 500 grams and 260-300 grams for items up to 1 kg.
